Quick Tickets Kiosk application helps teams to have better and simpler UI to submit tickets.

The main use case is to have this app opened on tablets all over your buildings and have your employees to submit quick tickets either by scanning their badge or finding themselves in the system by name or an email address.

Setting up kiosks
The app is optimized to work on all devices including laptops, tablets, and phones. Simply navigate to the app and leave it once you see the main app page.

Users
The app works with your existing Jira users out of the box. If you need to import users from any other systems then you will need to contact our support support@bitfit.com for more details. Additionally, if you need to support badges then you will need to get in touch with our technical support team support@bitfit.com as well.

Ticket submission
The app creates Jira tickets. We also support integrations with Zendesk or ServiceNow as well as many other ticketing solutions that have API. If you need to create tickets for other systems please contact our technical support team support@bitfit.com for more details.
